Straight Talkers is a not-for-profit organisation run by communications professionals with over 35 years combined experience in the care sector.

We provide a full audit service to review your existing communications approach and offer strategic advice and guidance to ensure that your patients, services, users and carers have access to clear information about their own health and care.

Implementation and Support

We specialise in supporting organisations to implement the Accessible Implementation Standard through personalised toolkits, sharing best practice, networking and peer support and facilitating engagement with industry experts, suppliers, patients, carers and the public.

Resource Creation

Our team can design, create and produce a wide range of accessible health and social care resources to ensure your organisation communicates effectively. From leaflets, posters and videos to audio recordings, online and new media, we can transform your material to meet the diverse communications needs of your patients, service users and carers.

We put patients, services, users and carers in control of their own health and well-being by creating more innovative, dynamic and accessible communications and engagement solutions.
